NivRity Studio is an established outsourcing studio based in India, founded in 2025.
The studio has expertise in a range of sectors including residential, workplace, warehouses, hospitality, educational and mixed use projects, delivering outsoursing services to a range of projects acroos the U.S., U.K. and EU Countries.
We employ a team of Architecs, Engineers and Draftmans. As a outsource collective, we work collaboratively to allow the creative process to evolve organically, alongside carefully considered business spanning macro and micro scales.
NivRity Studio provides both Dedicated Resource and Dedicated Team models, available on either a Project Based or Time Based arrangement.
Philosophy
Quality is our defination, not a checklist. From LOD accurate modeling to complex BIM coordination, we measure our success by the precision and reliability of our data. At the heart of our ethos is the integrity of the federated model. We believe that BIM is ultimatly a tool for people. Architects, Engineers and Contractors, so we provide outputs that eliminate rework and build lasting trust throughout the project lifecycle.

NivRity has a diverse team, whose wide ranging talents stem from the India. The Associates have an intimate relationship with the studio and are entrusted with deliverting studio vision. They work alongside a team of Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Surveyors to spearhead every project, and provide the main interface with clients.
